• You must not share your Account login credentials with any other person. bet936 will treat any activity conducted using your credentials as having been authorised by you.

• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bet936 will notify you via email before any dormancy-related account maintenance actions are taken.

bet936 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, and to withhold or void balances, in circumstances where we reasonably suspect breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct. Where an Account is closed due to player-initiated responsible gaming tools, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bet936 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where the Platform has displayed manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Once a live bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it will stand unless voided under the applicable rules for that sport or event.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules for that market. Generally, where an event is abandoned before a result can be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of bet936.

• Losses suffered as a result of a Player's gambling decisions, including decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
